Company participations

We acquire and hold stakes in established small and mid-sized companies, work alongside management to develop them, and plan the exit from the very beginning.

What we invest in

Majority and minority stakes in established small and mid-sized companies, held with patience and managed with care.

  • Majority and minority stakes

Direct holdings in which we take a seat at the table, either as lead shareholder or as a partner to the existing owners.

  • Succession solutions

For owners who want to step back without selling to a competitor. A gradual handover keeps the company’s name, team and identity.

  • Growth capital

Equity for companies with a proven business model that need capital to add capacity, enter new markets or make add-on acquisitions.

  • Active ownership

Regular reporting, clear targets and support with financing, governance and key hires, without taking the business out of management’s hands.

How we work

A clear sequence, agreed with you in advance, so you always know what comes next.

  1. 01

    First conversation

An open, confidential talk about your company, your plans and what you expect from a shareholder.

  2. 02

    Review

After a non-disclosure agreement, we look closely at figures, market, team and contracts, together with you.

  3. 03

    Agreement

We agree on price, structure, governance and an exit perspective, and sign once everything is clear.

  4. 04

    Partnership

We support the company as an engaged shareholder throughout the holding period.

  5. 05

    Exit

When the time is right, we prepare a sale or handover that protects what has been built.

What we look for

  • An established business with a record of positive cash flow
  • A management team that wants to stay and grow
  • A clear role for an active, long-term shareholder
  • Operations in Germany or neighbouring markets
  • A realistic path to a future sale or handover

Questions we often hear

Do you only take majority stakes?

No. We hold both majority and minority stakes. The right structure depends on the owners’ goals and the company’s situation, and we discuss it openly from the first conversation.

How long do you typically stay invested?

We are not structured as a fund with a fixed term, so holding periods follow the development of the company rather than a set deadline. We agree on an exit perspective with co-owners early on.

Is the information I share treated confidentially?

Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before any detailed information is exchanged, and we keep the circle of people involved small.
