Confidential communication

Ordinary email is not end-to-end encrypted. Please do not send confidential documents such as financial statements or contracts without first agreeing on a secure channel with us. Where necessary, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before detailed information is exchanged.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the use of this website is Rostock. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.

Changes and severability

We may amend these terms with effect for the future; the version published on this page at the time of your visit applies. Should any provision be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
